  • Enter your email address, then click Continue.
  • Open the email sent from our store. Copy the six-digit verification code included in the email and enter it on the website.Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

After the product is returned and received, you receive a refund for the amount of your purchase, minus the cost of the return shipping. Processing times may vary between financial institutions.

Refunds are processed once returned items are received.


  • Please retain any tracking information provided by the shipper. In the event a package is lost or delayed, you may need this information.
  • COD packages are not accepted and will be refused.
  • Items with missing pieces or exhibiting damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence will be declined at our discretion.
  • It is ok to try and return an item for a full refund.
  • 100% refund guarantee applies to the purchase price of the item(s) plus standard shipping costs only. Upgraded shipping is not refundable.
No Return/Exchange On:
  • Razors and blades, whether individual or in kits and used shaving brushes.
  • Corn plane blades.
  • Disposable implements such as scalpel blades and comedone needles.

Refunds and Reimbursed Costs
All refunds are issued within 3 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise and are applied to the same method or source of payment on the original order. Processing times may vary between financial institutions, please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Return shipping costs for items determined to have a manufacturing defect are reimbursed for parcels shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Standard, or USPS First Class Mail. Packing and handling charges from a retail shipping outlet such as The UPS Store are not refundable.

Damaged or Missing Items
With the rise in packages being lost or stolen, we are proud to offer no hassle shipping protection. When you purchase shipping protection at checkout, you are fully covered if your package goes missing. By refusing shipping protection, the customer takes full responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. The company assumes no liability to replace or refund any part of the order.

If you did purchase shipping protection and would like to file a claim, please contact us directly at within 7 days of the delivery date. 

There is a chance that you will be required to verify your insurance claim with a third party. There is also a chance that your claim can be delayed for a period of time as per carrier guidelines. 

Please note:

  • We do not sharpen or repair tools. Items that are simply worn from use do not have a manufacturing defect.
  • Items that fail due to misuse or use in unusual or unexpected ways are not considered defective.
  • If an item is exchanged, and an identical item is not available, we may opt to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
  • If an item cannot be exchanged, (out of stock, limited edition, etc.) a refund may be the sole course of action available.
